Private Jet Customer Service Representative

Rectrix Aerodrome Centers, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of Customer Service Representative at its world class facility in Bedford, MA. Rectrix offers positions with excellent pay and great employee benefits. This ground floor opportunity offers unlimited growth potential with an established corporation in a fun and exciting environment.


Our Customer Service Representatives coordinate for all passenger and aircrew needs. Typical duties include accepting and processing aircraft service orders, processing payments, attending to customer and public inquiries, and welcoming customers. The Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for coordinating requests to ensure that our customers receive world class service. Additional duties of the Customer Service Representative position include marketing activities and administrative functions in support of corporate activities and operations.

Schedules include nights and weekends.


  • Accepting and relaying the aircraft crew requests for service and processing payments
  • Concierge services, including making hotel, rental car, transportation and catering reservations for all guests
  • Administrative functions include logging mail and packages, working with spreadsheets, answering and directing phone calls
  • Cross training with line service to include marshalling of aircraft and accepting fuel deliveries
  • Daily cleaning and maintenance of facility
  • Nightly close out of all sale transactions and inventory tracking
  • Responsible for late closing and early opening shifts as operations warrant


  • Driver’s License
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Power Point, and Excel
  • Excellent people skills, good conflict resolution abilities
  • Good organization skills


  • High school or equivalent
  • Associates degree is preferred
  • Prior customer service or retail experience is preferred

Line Service Technician

Join a world class organization as a Line Service Technician based in Bedford, Massachusetts. The Rectrix Aerodrome Center – BED team is looking for self-motivated individuals to join our team as a Line Service Specialist. As a Line Service Specialist you will train to professionally service general aviation aircraft. No aviation experience necessary and (paid) extensive on the job training will be held for new team members.


Essential job duties include but are not limited to:Fueling aircraft, towing, marshalling, and guide person for aircraft movements. We will start you in a comprehensive training program to become certified to service aircraft. There is room for advancement within Rectrix in our airline, charter, maintenance and marketing departments.

Schedules include nights and weekends.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Fueling Aircraft
  • Fuel quality control and documentation
  • Monitoring and maintaining fuel farm inventories
  • Tow and marshal aircraft
  • Chock and cone aircraft
  • Aircraft lavatory and water service
  • Operate and fuel aircraft servicing equipment
  • Assist in maintaining ground support equipment
  • Help flight crews with supplies and catering
  • Other duties as required or directed by the Lead or Supervisor


  • Driver’s License


  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Pass a 10 yr. State Police background check
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, direct contact with customers and fellow employees
  • Be self-motivated and have the ability to simultaneously prioritize multiple job tasks
  • Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
  • Must be able to perform manual tasks lift 40 pounds
  • Ability to perform facility work but not limited to: facility cleaning, stocking amenities and bathrooms and vehicle washing
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors in day and night hours and in all weather conditions

Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 per hour
